Financial Policy
All surgical fees are due prior to surgery. Dr. Salzman's balance is due three weeks prior to surgery at your pre-operative appointment. We accept cash, cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard, and personal checks (at the third week prior to the pre-operative appointment).
Jewish Hospital (downtown) and MCA Anesthesia fees are to be paid the day of your procedure. They accept cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Jewish Medical Center East and Anesthesia Associates can be paid the day of your procedure BUT do not accept personal checks. PCN Surgical Services accepts a personal check two weeks prior to your procedure; otherwise you may pay the day of with cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Insurance
Dr. Salzman accepts no health insurance. All procedures performed by Dr. Salzman are cosmetic and self pay only.
