Dr. Marc J. Salzman, MD

Is board certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Originally from Miami, Dr. Salzman completed his
undergraduate education at the
University of Florida earning both Phi Beta Kappa
and Phi Kappa Phi accolades. He then went on to receive
Alpha Omega Alpha honors - top 10% of his medical
school class - at Tulane
University in New Orleans. Following his five
year General Surgery training at
Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, Dr.
Salzman completed a second residency in Plastic Surgery
at the world famous Duke
University Medical Center in Durham for an
additional three years.
Dr. Salzman has taught multiple laser courses, including
CO2 laser resurfacing, around the country. As a Clinical
Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of
Louisville, he also lectures regularly on the newest
techniques in plastic surgery.
Depending
on the procedure and the patient, patients
can often choose between having their procedure
at PCN
Surgical Services downstairs from his
office, or at the new Jewish
Hospital Medical Center East.
Dr. Salzman routinely
performs aesthetic surgery of the face
and breast, body contouring, endoscopic plastic surgery
and laser resurfacing of the skin, as well as a myriad of
other aesthetic procedures.
