Financial Policy & Affordable Payment Options

All surgical fees are due prior to surgery. Dr. Salzman's balance is due three weeks prior to your procedure date at the pre-operative appointment. We accept cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks (no less than three weeks prior to your procedure).

Jewish Medical Center East and Anesthesia Associates can be paid the day of your procedure. They accept cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted the day of your procedure, but you must bring two separate checks, one for JHMCE and one for AA.

PCN Surgical Suites accepts personal checks only up to two weeks prior to your procedure; otherwise you may pay the day of your procedure with cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Insurance

Dr. Salzman accepts no health insurance. All procedures performed by Dr. Salzman are cosmetic and self pay only.
