PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION
The MicroPeel Plus incorporates the use of salicylic acid.
Salicylic acid is better suited for oily skin conditions, or
patients in need of an aggressive exfoliation. The procedure is
safe, effective and is accomplished in 15 to 20 minutes.
RECUPERATION AND HEALING
The treatment is a medical procedure that produces minimal
inflammation
similar to a mild sunburn. The skin become tight will start to
chafe. The process generally takes 2 to 3 days.
The specific risks and suitability of this procedure for a given
individual can be determined at the time of consultation. Minor
complications that do not effect the outcome may occur, major
complications are unusual.
