What is the PERFECT Lift?

This nonsurgical lifting technique involves the use of various injectable products. These include Radiesse®, which is deposited into deeper layers of the skin, Restylane® or Juvederm®, which are used superficially, and Platelet-rich plasma (PRP). The process takes about 90 minutes in the office. It is performed by one of our experienced Advanced Nurse Injectors who has been personally trained by Dr. Salzman to achieve outstanding results through this technique.

The PERFECT Lift begins with a blood draw. This is just like having blood work done at a lab or doctor’s office. The vial of blood is processed in a machine that spins at high velocity. The spinning separates platelet-rich plasma from red blood cells and other blood products. The PRP is placed into a sterilized syringe. The nurse starts the lifting process with Radiesse, a deep biologic filler, along the frame of the face to improve contours there. Radiesse contains lidocaine to support optimal comfort. It is also administered using a very small needle. Hyaluronic acid filler is then injected into areas such as the cheeks, tear troughs, and jawline as needed to perfect the appearance of youthful contours. Finally, to finish the process, the PRP is injected over all areas that have been treated with fillers.

The results of the PERFECT Lift are immediate, which is instantly gratifying! The treatment is customized to address a variety of concerns in a single visit. To achieve the best results, some patients may elect to include additional injectables, such as Botox, or other techniques, such as a lip lift or chemical peel.
