Hanna born and raised in Louisville, KY began working for Dr. Salzman in May 2014, after a brief hiatus she returned in May 2016. Hanna works as an Administrative Assistant, helping with photography, inventory, coordinating events and other office projects. Hanna is always willing to help around the office with a constant smile and positive attitude.

Hanna graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Health Studies. She is a huge Alabama football fan (Roll Tide) as well as a big sports fan in general. Outside of the work field, Hanna enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Henry. She also enjoys traveling with her family and is always wanting to explore new cities. Feel free to stop in and say hello!



Jenna joined our staff in 2015 as our check out receptionist. A Los Angeles native, she attended Pasadena City College and University of California majoring in Psychology. With a professional background in skin care, retail, and accounting, Jenna is ready to succeed at any task given to her. She loves meeting new people and enjoys hearing all of the positive feedback from our patients!

Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, painting, drawing, music, and all things food. New to the area, she appreciates any and all tips about Louisville so make sure to stop by checkout and see her!



Karen, RN, BSN, CANS joined our staff in Spring 2015 as a certified nurse injector. She has been a nurse for 20 years but has been injecting since 2006 so she brings much knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to our office. She received her Bachelors in Nursing at Graceland University in Kansas City. Karen works primarily in evening hours and Saturdays to better accommodate all of our patient needs. She also works in the OR as an anesthesia nurse for Anesthesia Associates of Louisville, servicing Nortons Brownsboro, Nortons Hospital and Nortons Pavillion.

Personally, Karen spends a great deal of time outside of work with her family and her dog, Axel. She balances work with fun, exercise and rest. On beautiful days, you can also find Karen on the golf course. As an avid golfer, she enjoys getting in a round or two, and prides herself in being pretty decent at the sport!



Kim has worked for Dr. Salzman since 2002 as his surgical nurse. In 2014, she returned to school and was awarded her bachelor’s degree with honors in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. In October 2014, she also studied for and passed the Plastic Surgery Nurse exam, which attests to her knowledge and experience with plastic surgery. Now her credentials are RN, BSN, and CPSN. After Dr. Salzman’s office location changed, Kim also gained a new position as the Nurse Administrator for the Operating Room, which has been very exciting for her!

Outside of work, those who have known Kim for a while are familiar with her grandson who has the rapid aging disease, Progeria. All of Kim’s grandchildren are the highlight of her life and she enjoys spending as much time with them as possible going to soccer games and school events. Kim also works passionately to raise awareness and funds for the Progeria Research Foundation. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and walking her dog, Buzz, who she spoils with steak and the occasional blow dry.



Maria started working with Dr. Salzman in March of 2013 as the spa coordinator. She greatly enjoys meeting new patients, as well as our established patients. She has been a Licensed Aesthetician since 2005. Maria has always wanted to be in the beauty industry and when the opportunity came for her to go to school and obtain her aesthetic license, she jumped at it. After becoming licensed, she started at a day spa and worked up to being an aesthetician in the medical field. She enjoys talking with patients about skin care and skin care products and what would work best for them. She will assist you in scheduling appointments, purchasing products, and with any Skin Spa questions you may have!

She was born and raised in Louisville, KY but spent some time living in San Diego, CA. Her love of family and Louisville brought her back. She loves spending time with friends and is very close to her family, including her three adorable nephews. She enjoys traveling and going to new places and trying new things. She’s always thinking of ideas for her next trip!



Mindy joined our staff in 2012 bringing 30 years of experience as a patient care coordinator and surgical assistant. You will meet Mindy upon your consultation visit and she will assist and educate you in making informed decisions regarding choosing the right procedure or procedures, whether it be surgical or a non-surgical procedure in the Skin Spa. Mindy is certified to operate our many lasers and devices in the Skin Spa and is one of our experienced providers. She can assist you with your selection of skin care products and does free Skin Care Consultations. She loves what she does and you will sense that during your interaction with her in the office. When she is not here, many of you may meet Mindy on a local tennis court where she is just as  determined there as with making sure you have a good aesthetic experience with our practice. Susan has worked with Dr. Salzman since 1993. She assists him with surgical procedures and helps with consults and patient care in the office. She loves seeing patients both pre and post-op, as it allows her to see the progress of their procedure from start to finish, and of course answer any questions they may have.

She lives in the Louisville area, is married and has two daughters and one grandchild. Some of her hobbies include bicycle riding and working in the yard. She is very involved in her church and the community that surrounds it.



Suzanne Ramsey, RN, BSN, CPSN, CANS graduated with her Associates in Applied Science in 2003 and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014. She earned her Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (CPSN) in 2008, as well as, accreditation as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in 2013. Suzanne is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses (ASPSN) and Sigma Theta Tau International. She is licensed as a nurse in 27 states including ID, UT, AZ, CO, NM, TX, ND, SD, NE, WI, IA, MO, AR, MS, KY, TN, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, RI, NH, ME, MN, and IN. Her experience as a registered nurse encompasses medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, pediatrics, and women’s health.

Suzanne’s primary focus as a registered nurse for the past twelve years has been in plastic surgery and facial aesthetics. She is an artist by passion and a highly trained aesthetic nurse by profession. Dedication is given by obtaining optimal aesthetic outcomes, as well as, providing comprehensive aesthetic training for medical professionals. Suzanne is trained and certified in multiple neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and numerous laser treatments. She develops professional relationships with national, regional and local providers within the aesthetic field of medicine. Research for current medical and scientific information is of the utmost importance, as this evidence-based data is the foundation for recommendations of products utilized. Experience as a research coordinator in investigator trials of various products serves as an adjunct in understanding the detailed expectations of the clinical investigators.

Suzanne provides aesthetic consultations, treatment, and comprehensive training with aesthetic non-surgical injectables, while maintaining the utmost level of care and safety. She serves as a regional trainer for Allergan Medical Facial Aesthetics Bureau, as well as, a regional trainer for CosmoFrance Dermasculpt microcannulas and Cosmopen. Suzanne’s philosophy is “less is more,” with the objective of delivering the optimal natural enhancement. Holistically speaking, modification in physical appearance not only provides a more youthful look externally, but psychologically heightens one’s well-being and self-confidence.



Terry joined our staff in January of 2014 as a Nurse Injector and Laser Technician. With over 20 years of critical care nursing experience, she has focused her interests, education, and expertise on plastic surgery and skin care for the last three years. Terry enjoys listening to each of her patients’ concerns, goals, and issues and collaborating with them to create a plan to achieve their desired look. Terry also enjoys meeting with clients and discussing our favorite skin care products and all the latest treatments available including injectables for wrinkle filling and softening, contouring, and laser treatments for resurfacing of the skin and skin tightening.

Terry is happily married and is the favorite aunt to nine nieces and nephews. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, golfing, exercising, and spending time with family.
