Anyone who desires improvement in fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, and skin texture. This treatment is suitable for all skin types.
Intended Results
Promotes your skin with the ability to produce new collagen and regenerate cells. Improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring. Aids in reversing environmental damage, smoothing texture, and decreasing pore size. Includes transdermal delivery of topical hyaluronic, vitamin c, and bio-peptide agents (PRP). Multiple treatments will be required to achieve optimal results. A small number of patients will not respond to this treatment.
Procedure Description
An FDA-approved microneedling device can be used on multiple areas of the body, face, neck, hands, arms legs, and back. The repair process is accelerated by the formation of microscopic channels, which allow products to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin. A sterile, disposable cartridge containing 12 tiny micro-needles is attached to the tip of the pen. A layer of topical serum is applied to the skin and the pen is glided across the area in a gentle motion. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes or longer, depending on the size of the area to be treated.
The unique design of the micro-needling device allows for individual settings, which makes the treatment comfortable. Topical numbing may also be applied prior to the treatment. The number of treatments recommended for most patients is 6, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. For patients with deep wrinkles, advanced photoaging, stretch marks, or acne scarring, the recommendation may be 6 to 8, at 4- to 6-week intervals.
Recuperation and Healing
Immediately following the treatment, the skin may be pink. Some patients heal in 24 hours, although for more aggressive treatments the skin may stay red for 2 to 4 days. Fees vary depending on the depth and aggressiveness of treatment. Package pricing is available. Fees range from $250 for a full face — $350 Neck –$400 Back — $200 Hands — $800 Both Legs –$600 Both Arms per treatment. Packages are available at a discount. (Any Transdermal Products or (PRP) used in conjunction with treatment is at an additional cost to the patient)
